Family-run restaurant
The restaurant is managed by the Ranocchia family who has devoted itself to this activity for a long time.

The cooking is entrusted to the able hands of Mamma Orietta, a well-known chef, who with great skill adds personal touches to the typical Tuscan cuisine sometimes incorporating themes from the neighbouring Umbria and Lazio.

Papa Carlo, a maître with over thirty-years of experience, will assist you in discovering Tucany’s traditional flavours and serve you delicacies from the restaurant’s rich seasonal menu with his own courteous attention.

Finally, there is Arianna, a well-known maître with a passion for wine, who entered the profession following in the foot steps of her parents. She was awarded the title of Maître of the Year in 2006 convincing the judges with her Fagottini glassati al Vin Santo. Arianna will gladly assist you in discovering “the marriage between food and wine” with her knowledge, ability and innovation in selecting wines to compliment your meal. She personally prepares all the cakes on the dessert menu with a great passion, which she has developed ever since she was a little girl.
